Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. was founded to give a helping hand to men, women, children, and young and elderly. In doing so, we work to help individuals with education, health, and nutrition. Fundacion Luna & Children is also dedicated to achieving the following:
- Social Assistance: FLC Assist the disabled, young children, adolescents, elderly and the needy family.
- Children who are born with a disability or any handicap, by help, at health departments, Hospitals, clinics or doctor for treatment, before it will be permanent.
- Young Children & Adolescents who have learning disabilities and need to find special treatments and facilities to make their learning with ease possible.
- Children who are born with mental disorders and need to find special education professional to give them the special education or training required.
- Young Children & Adolescents who have been abused by parents or other adults, by seeking help with professional psychologist for orientation help on this matter or created this facility.
- Young Children & Adolescents who been forced to work; by parents or other adults by seeking help with professional psychologist for orientation help on this matter or created this facility and work with the stated authority.
- Young Children & Adolescents who don't have a home; that are living on the street, by seeking help with professional psychologist for orientation help on this matter and finding a home or created this facility orphan home and work with the stated authority.
- Young Children & Adolescents who don't have Parents or family to take care of them by seeking help with professional psychologist for orientation help on this matter and finding a home or created this facility orphanhome and work with the stated authority.
- Young Children & Adolescents who have been in an accident and lost any part of their body and need special treatment and facilities to make the transition of living with a handicap with else.
- Help Young Children & Adolescents and their Families living in poverty area; without discrimination against anyone with regard of race, national origin, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political affiliation, or economic status.
- Psychological: Orientation to the young children, and adolescents as well as to the Parents and relatives of these; and section (1) (a) to (i), above.
- Transfer: Help with the rehabilitation of needy Young Children and Adolescent as these on Section (1) (a) to (i), above, by seeking help from the health departments, hospitals, clinics or doctors for treatment, with local or International Aid to patients in critical condition, that cannot be taken care in the Dominican Republic, Haiti and any other country that need and do not have the facilities or supplies to care for or do any special procedures, treatments or organ transplant as well as transportation to other countries where they have these facility to do so.
- Contribute: Contribute with education, and nutrition of these children as well as to the parents and relatives of these, Everyone has the right to live and have an education without discrimination against anyone with regard of race, national origin, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political affiliation, or economic status.
- Cultural & Artistic; Events Carry out Cultural and Artistic Events, Marathons in Radio, Television and other media. For all on this section (1) (a) to (i) above.
- Support talents students of low resources; help students with a GPA 3.4 or higher to get scholarships in the United States of America, Dominican Republic, Haiti and other countries where Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc.is registered to do business as a non-profit organization and get or given finances aids through government (department of education) or Institutions like Universities, Colleges or any private or nonprofit organization that will like to unite with us by helping these talented students not get lost in poverty. Helping them to become astronauts and scientists of tomorrow. Without discriminating against anyone with regard of race, national origin, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political affiliation, or economic status.
- Care for the elderly; where working families can drop them off at 7:00 AM and pick them up at 7:00 PM, nurses will monitor their prescription & nutrition, they will play educated games, Dominos, Casino cards, Computer games, billiard, Workshop and taken them to victim the theaters, stadium, museums, zoo, parks etc, etc. at no charge for this services to low income families. There may be a charge for people that have a high income. Everyone has the right to live and enjoy Life without discrimination against anyone with regard of race, national origin, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political affiliation, or economic status.
- Child care and Pre-School; for 3 months to 5 years of age, for working or non working parents persons with disabilities that need special treatments can be up to 21 years of age we will teach ABC's, coloring, graphic, number 123 ... , math, and or prepare them for School (first grade), at no charge for low income persons, there may be a charge for a persons with high income, everyone has the right to have an education without discrimination against anyone with regard of race, national origin, sex, age, sexual preference, religion, disability, political affiliation, or economic status.
- Communities Support Services; Fill up and download Applications for; Apartment, Business Licenses & Permit, Driver License & Learn Permit, Employee, Immigration, Passport and any other can of application. Make call to Utility Services or any other department if need Translation in Spanish to English.

Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. recognizes that there are government sanctions against many countries. Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. will be diligent in monitoring these sanctions and will ensure that Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. is in compliance with them. Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. will make sure that no monies or aid of any kind go to any individuals or groups that have sanctions placed upon them by monitoring how the funds are used and to whom they are given. Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. have reviewed the sanctions that are in place now and recognize that there are sanctions placed upon Cuba, the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Former Liberian Regime of Charles Taylor, Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Sudan, Zimbabwe, and upon Democratic Republic of the Congo. Fundacion Luna & Children, Inc. will be diligent in ensuring that our volunteers, employees, and anyone associated with our organization obey these sanctions. All volunteers and employees will be informed of these sanctions and taught what to do to avoid violating the sanctions. |
